Now this should be interesting. Comedy Central has announced that Charlie Sheen will be the “roastee” at their next such event in September.
Not one to shy away from publicity, Sheen announced his excitement: “You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this roast for a while … It’s time to light it up. It’s going to be epic.”
Between drug benders, his interesting choice of words, and porn star girlfriends, a shortage of material is not expected.
According to a representative for the CC network, no stone will go unturned: “Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this roast… which scares even us.”
The show will be filmed in Los Angeles on September 10, and will air on September 19.
