She’s moving fast! It seems like just yesterday Willow Smith debuted her first song Whip My Hair. Letting no grass grown under her feet, she is well into the next project. The talented 10-year-old was shooting the video for her latest single 21st Century Girl.
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were with her in Los Angeles for the shoot. The club-ready track is all about living it up with lyrics: “21st century girl, I’m takin’ you for a ride, Yeah I’m gonna live it up, just live it up.”
You can get a sneak peek of the tune on Willow’s Facebook page. She is under contract with Jay Z record label Roc Nation. The album with be released this spring.
Smith loves working with Jay Z: “He and his people make me feel like I’m a part of something. And I love Beyonce – She’s awesome!”
