Gorgeous supermodel Marisa Miller graces the cover and pages of Shape magazine’s February 2011 issue. The Victoria’s Secret model shares her secrets for staying beach ready year round.
Miller made a confession about her high school days during her Shape interview: “They called me ‘bubble butt’ — but I’m over it!”
How does she stay fit and trim? She said: “I go to a down-and-dirty boxing gym. I don’t want to worry about how I look or whether I’m wearing the perfect outfit. For me, it’s about focusing for an hour and a half on my workout.”
She jumps rope for 15-20 minutes, alternates between three-minute rounds spent hitting the heavy bag or her trainer’s mitts with one-minute breaks in between. She also does five sets of 30-40 squats. Check out the entire ab workout here.
