Foamation, the maker of the internationally famous trademarked Cheesehead, is doing a booming business as the Green Bay Packers advance to the NFC Championship game against the Chicago Bears this weekend.

The St. Francis, Wisconsin company has had to bring on additional help to take care of a surge of orders for the bright yellow foam headgear that includes a wide variety of options: fez, crown, cowboy, corn on the cob, baseball, party, sombrero and an upside down ice cream cone.

If you’re into a more formal look – they even sell a cheese top hat and bow tie. One of their latest offerings gaining popularity is a frozen tundra hat cushion.

Creator Ralph Bruno has received orders from all 50 states and over 30 nations around the globe. The Lambeau Field pro shop has done a brisk business this week, with walk-in purchases of 1,000 cheeseheads.

The Foamation website has orders rolling in by the thousands daily. Another Super Bowl appearance by the green and gold will send Bruno a windfall of business beyond his wildest dreams.
