Lindsay Lohan turned out to be a no-show at her own birthday party held at Las Palmas on Wednesday night. All indications were that she still planned to attend — though when she put the bash together, she assumed she would be free of Judge Marsha and her SCRAM bracelet.
At around midnight, her close pal Marcus Molinari ‘tweeted’: Lindsay is not having her birthday @laspalmas!!! She is at home with friends and family!!! We wish her well and love her!!!”
Among those lending support to Lilo is Kim Kardashian, who ‘tweeted’: “Sending positivity your way @LindsayLohan Love you! Everyone please send LL your sweet prayers. U never know when someone really needs it.”
Lohan took to her Twitter page to talk about the F**k U tattoo on her finger that most people regard as a blatant message to the judicial system. Not so claims the soon-to-be incarcerated LiLo. She ‘tweeted’: “@liana_levi didn’t we do our nails as a joke with our friend dc? It had nothing to do w/court.. it’s an airbrush design from a stencil xx.”
Two hours later she rambled on in a series of ‘tweets‘ – quoting Human Rights dogma.
Our friends at TMZ have also gotten a lead on the SCRAM tampering by Lohan. Apparently the troubled actress twice placed a foreign object between her skin and the alcohol monitoring device, in order to obstruct any detection of alcohol. One such incident reportedly occurred on the night of the MTV Awards, when it registered more than a .03 blood alcohol level.
Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan’s lawyer, told TMZ: “Lindsay adamantly denies tampering with the device. There are a number of people who were with her who could attest to the fact that she never tampered with her bracelet and there are well-documented problems with the SCRAM bracelet and the accuracy of its readings.”
