Tara Reid has called off her wedding to fiance Michael Axtmann.
Axtmann, an internet entrepreneur, proposed to Reid, 34, while having dinner at a Los Angeles restaurant in January.
The actress and Playboy model released a statement, saying, “Tara Reid has confirmed that she will not be moving forward with her May 22 nuptials.”
