Charlie Sheen appears to be on a downward spiral since landing in jail on Christmas day for threatening to kill his wife. Since that time he has been in and out of rehab, has quit his hit television series Two and a Half Men and has topped it off by shaving his head.
The actor was photographed heading to a medical appointment, with a hat covering his newly shorn head and sporting pajama bottoms. He seemed particularly pleased with himself when he was approached by photographers and obliged them by removing his headwear to show off the new look.

We can’t help but compare his current situation to the implosion of Britney Spears several years ago, with shades of Michael Jackson thrown in for good measure. The father of five, and son of actor Martin Sheen, needs a reality check and in our humble opinion, it can’t come soon enough.
