Conan O’Brien has found a new home! Starting in November he will return to late night television, but this time on TBS. It has been an interesting few months for the comedian who got booted as host of The Tonight Show, but he has definitely kept his sense of humor about it all stating, “In three months, I’ve gone from network television to Twitter to performing live in theaters, and now I’m headed to basic cable. My plan is working perfectly.”

This announcement will likely come as no shock to most people. Many speculated that the funny man would end up on the FOX network, TBS was never even mentioned.

George Lopez will move his Lopez Tonight show to midnight in order to make room for Conan in the 11 p.m. time slot. Lopez was actually enthusiastic about the impending change. He ‘tweeted’, “I welcome @conanObrien to his new home at TBS…A new generation of late night is about to begin!! Team LO-CO.”

If you can’t wait until November to get your Conan fix, you can catch him for the next two months on his 30 city tour which he has cleverly titled, “The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour.
