According to RadarOnline, Tiger Woods has checked out of sex addiction rehab at the Pine Grove clinic in Hattisburg, Mississippi. His wife Elin Nordegren flew to Gentle Path a few days ago and the couple were reported to be leaving the facility under heavy security on Friday, February 5, 2010.
During his two month stay, Woods lived in a simple cabin and spent his days attending group therapy sessions and individual counseling. Nordegren flew to the clinic in January and spent five days participating in family counseling with her husband.
Reports indicate that Tiger is intent on reconnecting with his wife and children – photos here.
According to Forbes, Woods still sits atop its ranking of the world’s top sports brand in the athlete category with a whopping brand value of $82 million – down from $105 million. He still has sponsorships with Nike, Electronic Arts and Procter & Gamble Gillette.
Veteran golfer Tom Watson spoke out during an interview earlier this week, giving Tiger some strikingly candid advice about his bad language and club throwing tantrums. Listen to the video here.
