Grease star Olivia Newton-John and John Easterling have secretly wed – first on a mountain top in Peru this summer and then again near her home in Jupiter Island, Florida.
Olivia wore a simple white dress and because it was cold ended up wearing a traditional matrimonial shawl and a pair of suede boots. Her ring is a 5.1 carat natural intersecting twin diamond set in platinum. The happy couple designed their rings together to symbolize their love for each other.
The singer is said to be in a really great place in her life. John’s first marriage to Matt Latanzi ended badly but they were blessed with a daughter Chloe, who is now 22. In what at first looked like a tragedy, Olivia’s boyfriend of 9 years, Patrick McDermott disappeared on a fishing trip in 2005. Speculation is that Patrick is very much alive and hiding out in a foreign country.
