JT Torregiani, ex-boyfriend of American Idol judge Paula Abdul, is slated to be the next bachelor on ABC’s The Bachelor.
Just one year ago, 33-year-old Torregiani, who owns New York City nightclub Butter and is a partner in a restaurant investors group – the Dolci Group, was gushing about Paula in an interview.
The couple moved in together after dating for five months, and split up last month. Torregiani was asked to be on The Bachelor during his relationship with Abdul and declined. He says he is now reconsidering because he “wants to settle down, have kids, have a family.”
