New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez popularly known as A-Rod, has had his picture and good name smeared all over the press as has his wife Cynthia. Recent events have A-Rod sneaking around with singer Madonna and wife Cynthia hooking up with singer Lenny Kravitz.
Cynthia’s daddy, John Scurtis talked exclusively to USmagazine.com about the couples break-up and the allegation of their marital infidelity by saying:
“He’s been very good to my daughter, and he’s been very good to us. I hope they work it out.”
Rumor are swirling that Cynthia has flown to Paris to spend time with Kravitz but her dad is keeping tight lipped.
“I don’t know where Cynthia is and if I did, I probably wouldn’t tell you.”
Wow, wouldn’t you expect him to keep his mouth shut on the whole sordid affair, not just about her whereabouts? He clearly wanted to talk and for the right amount of ching he might well be coerced into spilling the beans.
The rumors about Rodriguez’s involvement with Madonna are said to be nothing more than the two having the same manager, Guy Oseary and their involvement in Kabbalah. John did chime in about A-Rods religious practices:
“He’s gotten involved in Kabbalah, which isn’t something we understand. We don’t really get that. My family is Greek Orthodox.”
We will keep you posted. Chances are this won’t be the last time we hear from Alex’s father-in-law.
