John McCain has one eye that appears at times smaller than the other and it looks slightly lower. It also has a tendency to droop. Some are suggesting that it is a possible sign that McCain has had a stroke and it might be the reason the candidate is putting the campaign on hold.
A more likely cause of McCain’s eye looking smaller and lower than the other is the severe beatings that McCain incurred while he was a Vietnam POW from 1967-1973.
We’ve included a video from yesterday, where McCain, 72, announces the suspension of his campaign. His one eye lid does seem to get droopy at intervals during his statement.
