Larry Fitzgerald, Jr., is a 25 year old NFL football wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals. He was drafter third overall in the 2004 NFL Draft by Arizona. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he played college football at the University of Pittsburgh.

The 6 foot 3 inch player weighs 220 lbs. and has enjoyed a successful 2008 season. Fitzgerald tied an NFL record with three touchdown receptions in a playoff game. His three touchdown catches occurred in the first half during the conference championship game. Fitzgerald also set a single postseason record with 419 receiving yards, surpassing Jerry Rice.

According to Sports Illustrated, Fitzgerald dominated this playoff season like no other wide receiver in recent history. The Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald duo could bring the Cardinals to a Super Bowl victory on Sunday.

The wide receiver has a child with former Oakland Raiders cheerleader Angela Nazario. Devin Nazario Fitzgerald was born January 1, 2008. Fitzgerald had a restraining order slapped on him by his son’s mother on December 31, 2008, after a domestic dispute.

His father, Larry Fitzgerald, Sr., is a sportswriter who has cover the Super Bowl every year since 1981. He will cover his son in Super Bowl XLIII, believed to be a first for a sports writer and player son duo.
