Cameron Douglas, 30-year-old son of actor Michael Douglas, was arrested in New York on July 28 for possession of crystal meth. His mother is Diandra Morrell Douglas.
According to police, he was intent on selling half-a-pound of the substance at $80 a gram, for a total street value of $18,000. The DEA task force busted him at the Gansevoort Hotel following an undercover sting operation.
This is Cameron’s second arrest. In 2007 he was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance after police found a syringe with liquid cocaine in his car – see booking photo in gallery below.
Cameron Douglas has appeared in three films: Jackie Chan‘s Mr. Nice Guy, National Lampoon’s Adam & Eve and It Runs in the Family–where he appeared (photo below) with his father Michael Douglas, grandfather Kirk Douglas and grandmother Diana Dill.
