Eight-year-old Tiger Brewer is currently waiting for verification that he is the new world record holder as the youngest wing-walker. Two independent witnesses have submitted their observations of the event to Guiness World Records.

The boy was strapped to the top of his grandfather’s bi-plane for the 100 mph ride over Rendcomb Airfield in Goucestershire. Vic Norman said, “It was wonderful to fly with Tiger on my wing. He shares my passion for flying and it was a very special experience for us both.”

The previous record was set in 2001 by Guy Mason, son of Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason who set the earlier record at the age of 11-years-old.
