Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt were tapped to host a pre-Valentine’s Day party at Pure Nightclub in Vegas on Saturday night. Montag posed in a red dress that resembled an elongated Valentine heart, showcasing her new and improved chest.
She chatted about the ten procedures that she had done in a marathon session in November. Heidi said, “My favorite part? I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about. And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted.”
