The Coachella Festival was in full swing over the weekend in Indio, California. The huge annual outdoor concert draws BIG name stars not only to perform but to take in the event. One celeb who turned down a chance to perform was Courtney Love.
Not sure if you are thinking what we are…but who turns down performing at Coachella? Courtney Love — that’s who. Last month Love marked her American comeback with her band Hole at the South by Southwest Festival in Texas after a long break.
Love turned down Coachella’s offer after realizing that she would not be given “top billing.” Like most celebrities with a need to bitch, she took to her Twitter page with the following: “Promoters wouldn’t give us a good enough spot so f**k it no Coachella.”
