A rep for Orlando Bloom has confirmed that the actor and his supermodel girlfriend Miranda Kerr are engaged to be married. The brief acknowledgment was as follows: “Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are getting married.”
The 27-year-old Aussie has been a Victoria’s Secret Angel since mid-2007. Bloom, 33, best known as Will Turner in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” series, is currently filming a Sci-fi drama, “The Cross” with his suddenly thin co-star John Goodman.
No word on when the nuptials will take place. The couple began their relationship in late 2007.
