Mark Ballas has been ‘tweeting‘ from Alaska this week. He and his Dancing with the Stars partner Bristol Palin flew off to the 49th state with a film crew to get some background footage for next week’s show.
Pro dancer and talented musician Ballas brought along his guitar and performed an acoustic gig at Rum Runners in Anchorage. But the real highlight of the trip for him was meeting Sarah Palin. He ‘tweeted’: “Me and Mama Palin. Alaska is awesome.”
Bristol and Mark practiced their quickstep routine at the only dance studio in town. She quipped: “I’m looking forward to a dance that’s more proper and pretty. I won’t have to shake my hips so much!”
