Gia Mantegna, daughter of Criminal Minds actor Joe Mantegna, has been chosen as the 2011 Miss Golden Globe, and now the 20-year-old actress has some choosing to do herself — finding the right dress.
So, what will the Hollywood debutante be wearing? Stylist Taylor Jacobson helped Gia sort through a plethora of dresses to come up with the three she will need on stage, plus four more for the pre-Globes parties and press events.
The Miss Golden Globe title is awarded each year by the Hollywood Foreign Press. It is typically bestowed upon the daughter of a celebrity. Duties include escorting winners on and off stage, and giving out awards.
Gia made her acting debut in the 2003 film, Uncle Nino, at age 13, and later appeared in 13 Going on 30 and The Secret Life of the American Teenager, among others.
The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards airs tonight on NBC a 8pm EST.
