Hilary Duff is apparently joining the recent Hollywood baby boom crowd, with a friend reporting that she is about seven weeks pregnant.

According to Star magazine, the actress and her hockey player husband, Mike Comrie, are “ecstatic.”
“They weren’t actively trying to conceive but agreed that if it happened, it happened,” the pal tells Star.
Well, either this is yet another unsubstantiated rumor, or Hilary is not ready to go public with the news. When she was recently asked about baby plans, Duff said, “Yeah, I think we’re really excited to have kids…And he comes from a big family.” But added, “I’m only 23, so give me a little bit of time. Come on people!”
