George Takei was the latest Celebrity Apprentice contestant to get the boot from Donald Trump.

This week the challenge had the men’s and women’s teams dressing two store windows at the high-end Manhattan retailer Lord & Taylor. They were tasked with creating living displays featuring items from the clothing line of Ivanka Trump. No pressure, right?

Takei led the guys and former Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza ‘managed’ the ladies.

It was clear from the start that poor old George was not a leader. Adam Carolla called the shots regarding the window sets while late-night host Arsenio Hall made all of the clothing decisions.

The women ran roughshod over Mendoza, with Aubrey O’Day making most of the command decisions and effectively brainstorming on the fly.

In a stroke of genius, the women kissed up to the bosses daughter by asking her if she would loan them jewelry from her collection to accessorize their models. She was thrilled and it probably sealed the deal on their victory.

Throughout the fashion exercise, Incredible Hulk celeb Lou Ferrigno was a reluctant outsider. Try as he might, he was odd man out at every turn.

Takei took Arsenio and Lou into the boardroom for a final showdown with The Donald. When the dust settled it was the team leader who fell on the sword for the failed task.

It appears that Ferrigno will face the same fate in the not too distant future. He has been identified as the weak link by every member of his team and they’ll be more than happy to throw him under the bus when the next opportunity arises.
