East Coast girl Gwyneth Paltrow and her British hubby Chris Martin are laying down roots in Los Angeles.

Paltrow and Martin just snagged an 8,000 square-foot New England-style mansion in Mandeville Canyon in Brentwood.

The 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom H-shaped home sits on a .66 acre lot and is described as “reminiscent of a home in the horse country of Kentucky” with “gentrified rooms suitable for and inspiring an easy, relaxed, unpretentious lifestyle.”

The “House of Windsor,” named for famed designer Windsor Smith, who spearheaded the project as a concept home, showcases rooms by designers including Candace Barnes, Stephen Block, Peter Dunham, Richard Hallberg, Kathryn Ireland, Martyn Lawrence-Bullard, Paul Robbins, Richard Shapiro and Tara Shaw.

Outdoor living spaces include a sitting area with outdoor fireplace, a built-in barbecue station with adjacent built-in dining banquette and horse stables.

Paltrow and her Coldplay rocker husband also own homes in the Hamptons, New York City, and London.
