Miley Cyrus covers the May issue of V magazine in an edgy photo shoot that clearly signals the total demise of any lingering Disney vibe.
The 20-year-old singer appears in a triple cover issue. In one image the entertainer rocks her punk pixie ‘do in a vibrant orange hue to match the large duffle dangling from her clenched teeth. A duct tape monogram adds just the right touch of shabby.
Another shot shows Billy Ray’s daughter tugging on a pair of men’s black and white briefs. The third cover is a closeup shot of Miley in a cut out bra top and matching bikini style bottom.
There were some racier photos that didn’t make the cover – check out her biker mama pose.
Miley is hoping to release a new album by the end of the year and told V her studio work is her first priority. “I’ve put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it.”
Regarding the infrequent time spent with her fiance Liam Hemsworth, she laments, “I don’t have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don’t.”
Cyrus tweeted a teaser sneak peek yesterday from her ELLE UK photo shoot that hits newsstands today — busy girl!:
