Barack Obama is officially the biggest attraction in Washington D.C.

But the night before he was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, Miley Cyrus took the stage at the Kids’ Inaugural: We Are The Future celebration concert in the nation’s capitol.

The teen queen put on a hair-raising performance for fans in attendance…

Miley played two songs off her debut album at the event: “See You Again” and “Fly on the Wall.”

She added the performance of a  new song, “The Climb,” that will be featured in her upcoming movie, Hannah Montana: The Movie, along with a rendition of Ready, Set, Don’t Go,” with father Billy Ray.
