LuAnn de Lesseps and Bethenny Frankel are not friends.
That much became crystal clear on multiple occasions throughout the most recent season of The Real Housewives of New York City.
All of the drama appears to have stemmed from LuAnn's relationship with Thomas D'Agostino and whether Thomas was a cheat.
As you can probably expect, LuAnn stood by her man and implied that Bethenny was out to ruin her relationship.
This resulted in several arguments between the pair, but the plot thickened on a reunion special of the show, when it was revealed that both Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer.
It appears LuAnn is still well and truly in love with Thomas, even if he's been trying to get one over on her with her friends.
That's sort of how the drama plays out on the show. We're seriously not THAT shocked about it.
If LuAnn wants to throw herself into a relationship with a man who clearly won't settle for just her, then that's her problem.
One of the more hilarious arguments of the season centered on Bethenny asking LuAnn if she was sleeping with other people.
Bethenny did not take it well and it paved the way for even more tension between the two.
The two of them just can't get along with one another, so they should stay apart.
The latest drama involves de Lesseps and D'Agostino allegedly getting hot and heavy in a bathroom stall in NYC's Regency Hotel.
It's a crazy claim to make about anyone, so take it with a pinch of salt.
LuAnn claims this was a story made up by Frankel's fans and she had a very genuine excuse for not being doing the deed in the hotel.
She was at a funeral in Philadelphia.
LuAnn had some words about the fantasy tryst.
“Obviously a desperate attempt by the Housewives camp to ruin my reputation and my upcoming marriage. Not going to happen! It’s really sad how desperate these women can be. I think the show should be renamed ‘The Desperate Housewives.’”
Maybe she's right, but there would be a whole legal barrier Bravo would have to overcome if they had any hopes of changing the name to that.
It's crazy to think how ludicrous the stories are getting now, but who could be the real perpetrator?
Might Bravo be feeding all the stories the news to keep the show being talked about?
That's a possibility, but we'll probably never know.
What do you think about all of this?
Do you believe Bethenny had nothing to do with this story?
