Prince William and Kate Middleton’s new baby girl Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana is here, officially registered and in line for the throne.
But who will be the young one's godparents?
Before William and Kate pack up Charlotte for a family vacation with the rest of the royals, they are expected to have the little girl Baptized.
When they do, they are expected to announce their Princess Charlotte’s official godparents, and the betting houses in London are taking odds.
Because of course they are.
After Prince George was born in 2013, he was Baptized at St. James Palace, where William and Kate announced his seven godparents.
Princess Charlotte is expected to have a variety of them, too, with Pippa Middleton likely the most obvious and prominent of the bunch.
Charlotte is not only Pippa’s middle name, but Kate and her little sister are famously close, and with a baby girl especially, she must be a lock.
Other solid picks include her brother James Middleton and William's brother Prince Harry, plus his cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
Non-royal contenders include friends of the beloved couple such as Peter Phillips, Tiggy Pettifer, Eddie Van Cutsem, and Alicia Fox-Pitt.
William is also rumored to be considering members of Princess Diana’s family as the royal baby's godparents; Earl Spencer is one in particular.
What do you think? Will all three siblings make the cut, and will they venture outside the royal family for the rest of these coveted spots?
