Oh, baby. That was quite the vindictive hour of television.
On Revenge Season 4 Episode 17, Emily attempted a truce with Margaux. She even brought along her real certificate in attempt to make peace with her latest nemesis.
However, Margaux (and her fuchsia pantsuit) were then side-swiped by a speeding taxi, marking the second time a speeding vehicle has attempted to kill off a major character this season.
That would be dramatic enough, especially considering the fact that Margaux lost her baby.
But she then told Victoria that Emily pushed her in front of the car, prompting Victoria to vow to bring Emily to justice and cueing up the latest rivalry between these two enemies.

Emily held a gun to Margaux’s goon’s head and was able to retrieve Jack’s original blood sample from the night he was arrested. But the judge refused to admit it into evidence out of fear of contamination.
Moreover, Jack’s lawsyer reacted so badly to this maneuver that the judge held her in contempt of course.
Fortunately,because Emily always has a back-up plan, she teamed with Nolan and Ben to blackmail the judge into testing Jack’s sample. She’s the best, isn’t she?
We learned that Louise did not drag Lyman’s dead body from the beach to the bedroom. She did, though, admit the (accidental) murder to Nolan. Why do we feel like this knowledge will end up getting Nolan in trouble?
First, however, the social worker in Jack’s custody case was so impressed by Nolan’s defense of his pal that he returned later that evening to the club for a follow-up session… if you know what we mean!
He was taken aback when he noticed Nolan’s wedding ring, though Louise’s doting husband quickly offered an explanation over a drink.
So, for the record, not only is Nolan now an accomplice in Lyman’s murderous cover-up, he’s also openly discussing the truth about his sham marriage to a hot social worker.
Anyone else think this will come back to bite him next Sunday on Revenge Season 4 Episode 18?
