The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 17 saw he finalists return to L.A. to run up and down the stairs of the Memorial Coliseum and relive the milestones.
They've come so far, but who will cross the finish line in first place?
When The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 17 got underway, Alison informs the top four that each is required to put all of their lost weight back on.
They will then drop it, incrementally, at 16 stops, while running up and down the Coliseum steps with $5,000 and a one-pound edge to the winner.
At checkpoint seven, Toma takes the lead from Sonya and keeps it.
He wins. The contestants then join the trainers for video highlights of their journey, and there were plenty of tears as they looked back on the people they were.
Needless to say, all are winners at this point, but if you watch The Biggest Loser online, you're well aware there can be only one champion on NBC.
Who will move on? Who will be ousted by the dreaded red line?
- Rob: 315 to 302 (-13 pounds, or 4.13%)
- Sonya: 169 to 163 (-6 pounds, or 3.55%)
- Toma: 202 to 199 (-3 pounds, or 1.98%)
- Woody: 274 to 270 (-4 pounds, or 1.46%)
Toma didn't need the extra pound from the challenge, as Woody learns he is not The Biggest Loser and it is time for him to go. With his head held high!
He promises that he will be the at-home winner, and he's well on his way, down to 250 pounds from a high of 398, and with an attitude that reflects it.
Woody’s dream is to coach football and run 5Ks to raise awareness for breast cancer. Congrats to him, and to Rob, Toma and Sonya for advancing!
