There was a lot to like on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 1:
Elena was on drugs. Stefan was off on a mission. Alaric was back in our lives. And Damon was making pancakes for Bonnie.
But there was one glaring omission that made all fans of this CW hit scratch their heads and wonder, asking themselves: Where was Michael Malarkey as Enzo?!?
We’re not sure, but we can say for certain that Damon’s BFF (no offense, Ric) will be back in full, sarcastic, mysterious force this Thursday, as The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 2 will feature Enzo tricking Caroline into taking a road trip.

Elsewhere on Thursday’s new episode, look for Matt to grow worried over a new young woman in Jeremy’s life, while Alaric tries to grand Elena’s unusual wish and, as producers have promised, we WILL learn the status of Bonnie and Damon.
