In far less than 24 hours, the singer has set a new mark for most VEVO page views in a one-day period, with the video for "Wrecking Ball" already have racked up 15 million… and counting!
"Wrecking Ball has officially beat the @VEVO record. ??????????thank you smilerzzzzz ?," Cyrus Tweeted upon learning the news.
The previous mark has been held by One Direction’s "Best Song Ever."
And while few would argue that Miley’s latest is the best song ever, its video is certainly one of the most intimate.
Cyrus spends a bulk of her time completely naked, her private parts hidden by nothing more than a chain. She also cries and makes out with a sledgehammer.
