Bruce Jenner Undergoes Second Procedure for Skin Cancer

by at .

With Kim Kardashian reportedly considering plastic surgery in order to return to a Size 2, sources now confirm that Bruce Jenner has undergone surgery of a very different kind:

For skin cancer.

Family sources confirm to TMZ that Jenner had a chunk of tissue removed from his nose on Monday. The procedure required 30 stitches (which explains the bandages on his honker this week) and was required due to overexposure to the sun.

Bruce also had a cancerous growth taken off the side of his face in January 2012 and has been told to take extra precautions when he plays golf.

We can't blame the guy for wanting to get outside - you have seen his family in action, right? - but let's all hope he makes a full recovery and never needs any additional growths removed.
