Kid Rock is not what you'd call a big fan of Justin Bieber.
He spoke out about the star on Howard Stern's radio show on Wednesday, likening Bieber to Vanilla Ice, and predicting his long, hard fall from grace.
Or whatever you'd call where Justin is right now.
Rock was promoting his $20 Best Night Ever tour, where he's charging fans only $20 a ticket, when the topic of Bieber's recent woes came up.
"Tell me if this is wrong," he asked Howard. "Justin Bieber ... is 100 percent like watching Vanilla Ice all over again. It's exactly the same."
When Stern remarked that Ice was a one-hit wonder, Rock amusingly responded, "Well, then as soon as Bieber has a hit, he'll be like Vanilla Ice."
Ooooh. Guess someone doesn't have "Baby" on his iPod.
"I hear disdain in your voice for Justin Bieber," added Stern. "You hate that end of the music business. Right? This sort of teenybopper pop stuff?'
At that point, Kid Rock predicted the worst for the Biebs.
"The kid's young. He's got some money. He's got the world in his hands. It's just kind of sad to see him go down this trajectory," said the rock veteran.
"It's gonna be a very long ride down. We all know the story."
"I kind of feel for the kid, to be honest with you."
"He's screwing up," added Stern.
"Yeah," replied Rock.
Watching Justin feud with neighbors, get investigated for reckless driving, get booted from clubs and beef with photographers, it's hard not to see Kid's point.
Plus, Selena Gomez and Ed Sheeran are together now? That's not going to work any wonders on his already fragile psyche. Someone grab his keys!!
