Miley Cyrus is getting into the Halloween spirit.
The 19-year old, who will guest star on this week’s episode of Two and a Half Men and who shared the story of Liam Hemsworth’s proposal on The Tonight Show last Friday, has posted a new photo of herself and little sister Noah on Pheed.
In it, Miley is throwing her hands up and eschewing the need for pants:

We assume she’s referring to the ghost decoration in the background and not what some consider her scary new haircut.
