Stevie Wonder and wife Kai Millard Morris are getting divorced.
Citing irreconcilable differences, the music legend formally filed earlier this week, noting that they have been separated since October 2009.
Wonder, who is repped by Laura Wasser, filed the divorce papers using his legal name, Stevland Morris, and signed with two fingerprints.
Stevie Wonder also asks for joint custody of the couple’s two boys, ages 10 and 7, and agrees to pay both spousal and child support.
Although Wonder amassed a fortune before marrying Kai back in 2001, some assets between them will be split, according to reports.
