David Arquette has found it. Or, to be more accurate, David Arquette claims he never lost it.

A day after appearing on Howard Stern's radio show and answering in the affirmative to whether or not he's suffering a nervous breakdown, the actor has Tweeted a clarification to the 12 people who care about his mental status.

"It is being reported that I'm having a Nervous Breakdown. I assure you am not. This stemmed from a joke I made."

What about other admissions made by Arquette this week, that he's "been drinking a lot" and would like to father a child with Drew Barrymore? Courteney Cox's ex Tweets:

"I always speak my mind and I really don't care what people that don't know me may say. I'm a good person with a huge heart. I thank those that have been on my side during this rough time."

He should also be thanking Cox for kicking him out. When was the last time David Arquette made this much news?!?

Following multiple public confessions regarding his separation from Courteney Cox, his post-marriage sex with Jasmine Waltz and his weekends of drunken behavior, David Arquette has finally admitted:

I've got a problem.

The actor phoned Howard Stern's radio show yesterday and acknowledged that he's having a "nervous breakdown, adding: "I've been drinking a lot... it's really a personal, traumatic thing... when I drink, I become a maniac."

In October, Arquette told the world how Cox said she was sick of acting like his mother in their marriage. But "I kind of need a mother right now," he says.

"I need a girl to come bring me some soup and make sure I'm all right. I like that, and I take care of my ladies, too."

David Arquette has not lost it, people.

The actor may have been out partying all of last weekend and may have placed some misguided phone calls to Howard Stern, but the recently-separated actor explained why during an appearance on Lopez Tonight yesterday: that's just who he is.

"I've always been a wild man," he told the host. "My nickname was 'David Good Times.' I like running around, having fun... I like meeting people. I did that privately for a long time because I wasn't ever going out. Now, I'm in the nightclub business. I'm going out."

Yes, David Arquette partied in Miami all weekend, living it up at the Fontainebleau, dancing the night away at LIV nightclub and being "surrounded by women" all evening, a witness reports.

And, yes, the recently-separated actor Tweeted photos of himself in Florida, including one of him with a male friend that reads "Enjoying a little gay dance [party]."

And, okay, Jasmine Waltz went on record last week with a less-than-flattering description of her time in bed with Arquette.

Still, the actor has a message for everyone: CHILL.

"I know people think I've flipped my lid but I haven't," Arquette Tweeted Saturday. "I'm cool. Listen to Bob Marley's "Soul Rebel" you'll know where I'm comin' from."

The woman who has bedded Ryan Seacrest and Vinny Guadagnino tells the latest issue of Life & Style that she first met Arquette at Premiere nightclub on September 30.

The actor showed back up two nights later, took Jasmine to a house party where the pair got wasted, walked her to the Hollywood home in which he grew up and "mentioned that he hadn't slept with anyone since separating from Courteney."

Courteney Cox wants to make something very clear: she and David Arquette are merely separated.

"I don't know what will happen, but this is not like we're getting divorced," she told TV Week in her first interview since news of her and Arquette's split went public. "This is a separation and I think that takes a lot of courage... Whatever is supposed to happen will be the best thing for us."

Acknowledging that she and her husband of 11 years have "grown apart," Cox also addressed Arquette's two phone calls to Howard Stern, in which he bragged about sex with other women.

"[David] is a kook," she said. "It's not shocking and Howard Stern, he loves him and I'm a fan of Howard Stern... David is an entertainer and I'm sure the people who listen to the radio are entertained by his stories."

David Arquette won't stop blabbing to Howard Stern.

For the second time since his separation from Courteney Cox, the D-list actor called up the radio host and over-shared about his personal life. Arquette admitted that waitress Jasmine Waltz is not the only woman he's slept with since leaving the actress.

"I'm pretty sure I'm up sh-t's creek right now," he said after dishing on some Australian blonde. "After the first girl I slept with I was crying. I know that's not very sexy... what it does lack is that emotional love that I always have with Court."

Arquette also said he does not have a prenup with Cox, which could actually cost the actress half of her fortune because she earns a lot more than her rarely-employed ex.

Note to David Arquette: when your wife asks for a legal separation because she's sick of playing mother to an immature fool, there are many ways to win her back.

Calling a nationally syndicated talk show and ranting about your lack of a sex life with her is not one of them.

But that's exactly what the actor did yesterday morning, just a day after his split with Courteney Cox went public. Now, Arquette says he went too far with the details revealed in the call.

"I went on Howard Stern yesterday to provide clarity and honesty about what I'm experiencing, but while doing that I shared too much," he said. "It's alright for me to be honest about my own feelings, but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled."

In a rather pathetic move, David Arquette called up Howard Stern and opened (way!) up about his failed marriage to Courteney Cox on the host's radio show this morning.

The actor said Cox was the one to ask for a separation, as she admitted in June that she was sick of dealing with his immature ways.

"She said to me, 'I don't want to be your mother anymore,'" Arquette recalled. "And I appreciated that about her... She didn't want to tell me, 'Don't do that.' She didn't want to nag me anymore."

Admitting the split "breaks my heart," Arquette added: "I've been begging Courteney to get back with me."

He's also been getting his groove on. The Scream star owned up to a sexual relationship with cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz, but stressed he was single when it began and it's over now.
