So E! promises in a new promo, and when you can make up whatever storylines you want, you can always keep people guessing as to what to expect!

Perhaps most notably, a pregnant Kim Kardashian is seen crying hysterically on an exam table, with Kris Jenner by her side but Kanye nowhere in sight.

Kim has put on an impressively brave face throughout her pregnancy, and has endured a miscarriage scare as well as a ton of negative publicity.

Here, though, it appears to pressure is getting to her.

“We're never going to fall apart,” Kris warns, but it looks like she has her hands full trying to keep it together as problems extend way beyond Kim.

Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton is one of millions who love Keeping Up With the Kardashians ... at least according to a new tabloid report.

The 31-year-old began tuning into the show after she learned that Kim Kardashian, who is also expecting her first child in mid-July, is obsessed with her.

Maybe the feeling is somewhat mutual after all?

A source said: "Ever since Kim started mentioning Kate a lot in public last year, she has started watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians religiously."

"She thinks their family is hilarious. People forget, Kate is just a normal girl who married into royalty and enjoys the same TV shows most people do."

Brody Jenner is headed back to reality television.

An E! insider confirms to Us Weekly that the former The Hills star will appear often on Season 8 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, although he "may not be in every episode."

It will depend on the "storyline" this source said, hilariously confirming that the series is - SHOCKER! - scripted.

Conversely, according to Radar Online sources, Kanye West has made it clear: he will not be appearing on her reality show any time soon.

“He has made several brief appearances on the Kardashian reality shows, but wants nothing to do with future filming," an insider says.

Wow. If you thought the Kim Kardashian sex tape was the most graphic look you'd get at a member of that family, you underestimated how few boundaries they have.

E! cameras captured Kourtney Kardashian giving birth on the emotional season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians Sunday ... and by giving birth we mean reaching down there and helping pull baby Penelope out of her vagina.

You gotta hand it to Kourtney - it's cool she's so into the process and pulled that off (pun not intended) with such confidence. She also seems to be a great mom.

Nevertheless ... really??? Forget about viewers who probably didn't need to go there. Why Kourtney wanted to go there is remarkable. Is nothing private anymore?

Her son, Mason, entered the world in similar fashion back in 2009. This family tradition is something only the Kardashians could pull off. But does it go too far?

Sunday on the season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick became parents for a second time. Congrats, kids.

Elsewhere, Bruce was honored for his pre-Kardashian achievements, Khloe followed up with a fertility specialists and Kim decided to freeze her eggs. Nice.

This week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe really wanted a baby. Scott Disick, meanwhile, pondered whether he should keep producing them.

Khloe's baby fever stemmed from Kourt's after all, leading the former to reflect on the fact that it comes so easily for her sister, yet is so hard for her.

Kourtney confesses that she'd like to have even more kids with Scott. Or without him. He does make cute ones, but hey, why limit your options! Plus 20.

Scott confides to friends that he doesn’t want more kids at his age and may need to get a vasectomy. Definitely the first option for handling this. Minus 10.

Khloe, meanwhile, works up the strength to see a fertility specialist, and it turns she may have problems ovulating. Poor girl, that just breaks your heart.

"I can't believe I'm sitting here, going through porn magazines so I can find the perfect pair of knockers." - Kris. Minus 150 and that seems generous.

This week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Rob's emotional journey continued with his therapy, while Kim finally grew a pair and apologized to Khloe.

Mostly. It was a pretty weaksauce apology, but an apology just the same.

Speaking of 'Ye, he decides it's time for his girl to change his look so he brings over a stylist and a whole new wardrobe for her. Weird, but nice? Plus 10.

Kim: "Kanye has definitely given me a push to see more of what's out there in the world, so that's definitely a good thing." It still ranks second to the feverish pushing Ray J gave her back in the day, but nice sentiment. Plus 5.
