Following controversial comments she made this month about the Middle East, Kim Kardashian has touched down in Kuwait.

The reason?

To bank well into the six figures for an appearance at the opening of a Millions of Milkshakes store there, of course.

But instead of ridiculing the cause, we'll focus on the outfit instead. What the heck is this thing? Who ever said random cut-outs were sexy? And, seriously... a milkshake store opening in Kuwait?!?!?!?!?

The Kim Kardashian divorce may actually be finalized long before we figure out the thinking behind this dress.

    What did you mean by "a milkshake store opening in Kuwait?!???!??!!" I am a Kuwaiti and i hate Kim i think she's fake and i hate that she's here and yes the dress was terrible.!! Just dont go off on middle eastern countries again ;)
