Kim Kardashian went nearly all the way down last night and the incident was captured on video.

Hmmm... perhaps we should rephrase.

The reality star was a presenter at the MTV Europe Music Awards, coming out on stage in a long black dress and stumbling before she reached her destination. It's surprising, really, considering all the experience she has with black things on camera.
