Promoting his new autobiography on 60 Minutes, Arnold Schwarzenegger discusses his betrayal of Maria Shriver … sort of. That’s not a word he would use apparently.

Watch this preview of his sit-down with CBS’ Lesley Stahl, airing Sunday:

"She gave up her television career for you," the journalist said of Maria, who Arnold cheated on (and had a love child) with housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena.

"I mean, wow, was this the most unbelievable act of betrayal to Maria?"

I mean, wow is right. No way around it … yet Arnold still dodged.

"I think it was the stupidest thing I’ve done in the whole relationship," he said. "It was terrible … I inflicted tremendous pain on Maria and unbelievable pain on the kids."

Crazier still, Shriver hasn’t even seen Schwarzenegger’s book.

When Stahl asked if she knew what Arnold wrote, all he said was, "She knows it’s about my whole life" and that a book in which he omitted his indiscretions is "not the book I wanted to write."

Great.
