Hollie Cavanagh on American Idol: The Female Favorite?

Hollie Cavanagh was born in England, but lives in Texas. Hence her unusual accent. This American Idol semifinalist also looks her age, something that can't always be said for 18-year olds on the show.

So it's safe to say we didn't expect to hear the major pipes that emanated from Cavanagh last night, as she simply stood at the microphone for a cover of Christina Aguilera's "Reflections," and sounded very much like that incredible star herself.

Jennifer Lopez told Hollie she thinks she can win the whole thing and we agree. We'd make her the very early favorite, along with Phillip Phillips on the men's side. Do you agree? Watch and listen now:

    She is our american idol. try to eliminate them since the very beginning and i think no one will watch AI.let's face it, viewers loves sweet and beautiful face and no doubt Hollie has it plus the fact that she has her original style & voice & she is so humble and not pushing herself to be somebody-else. she is the only one who has the full package of being a star among the remaining finalist. And it's funny there are many who criticize & sour grapping this babe to think that she is unexperienced singer yet compared to a pro and winner of other contests finalist only proves that she deserves this. we are proud of you Hollie and we pray for you. Holliepower ON! congrats girl :)

    I LOVE HOLLIE, I STARTED VOTING FOR HER THIS WEEK. THE JUDGES ARE ALL SO CRUEL TO HER, WONDER WHY, JEALOUS PERHAPS? HOPEFULLY MORE PEOPLE WILL START VOTING FOR HOLLIE SO SHE WILL NOT BE IN THE BOTTOM 3 AGAIN. SEEMS LIKE JOSHUA LIKES HER, HUH?

    Phillip Phillips to win it all for the guys? Are you kidding me? He strains on all the songs he sings. He's not a pure singer. Hollie though I think was the best from Season 10. I'm so proud that she got rid of her doubts and stage fright. I think she will have a very good career in music. I just hope that the future singers of American Idol won't allow the music industry to change their morals and beliefs. They've made alot of the singers seem very slutty and sing things that aren't for kids

    She is an excellent singer, she definitely can go all the way. I just pray she wins , I LOVE her voice and she seems to have a beautiful personality.
