Key Witness in Dr. Conrad Murray Case: MIA!
A pharmacist who testified he shipped massive amounts of Propofol to Dr. Conrad Murray in the weeks leading to Michael Jackson's death is now ... gone.
Vanished, disappeared, off the grid without a trace.
While there is no sign of illegal activity, and there's certainly a good case to be made against Murray without him, it's a bizarre situation just the same.
According to prosecutors, Tim Lopez, a former pharmacist at Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas, mysteriously moved to Thailand and can't be found.
Prosecutors now want a judge to let them use Lopez' previous testimony from the preliminary hearing in January, but it's unclear if that will be permitted.
During his testimony, Lopez claimed Dr. Conrad Murray ordered large quantities of Propofol, beginning on April 6, 2009. MJ died June 25 of that year.
That would certainly connect the doc to the anesthetic that killed Michael, although the precise degree of Lopez's importance isn't easy to quantify.

You hit the nails on the heads. I have never heard anyone person speak the truth as you just did. I wish someone who cared as much as we do, who had the skills and resources would shut this thing that calls himself a doctor down. I will always love MJ.

Yeh, DR.DEATH ordered more than 240 vial's of Propofol,++ 45 vial's each of Ativan & Versed! The Fed's went in & shut the pharmacy down because of Murray! He had it all sent to his girlfriend's home in Vegas. He, & his girlfriend should be facing multiple felony count's==Possesion, possesion with intent to distribute, possesion of class2 narcotic's, wire fraud (multiple count's)practicing medicine in the st. of CA. without a license, distributing class2 narcotic's without a license, contributing to the death of another, association by death, covering up a crime, interferring with a police investigation, lying to law officer's, premeditation,& MURDER!!!..AND FOR JUST BEING A DUMB ASS WHO COULDN'T DO/DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PERFORM C.P.R.!!!--If it were an average JOE who committed all the crime's he & his girlfriend did, they would lock them up & throw away the key!!!He shouldn't even be walking free with all the felony's he has!
