Justin Bieber Wins Five Billboard Music Awards, One Selena Gomez Kiss
When is a kiss between Britney Spears and Rihanna NOT the hottest make out session of the night?
When Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez also lock lips in front of a national audience.
That's what went down at last night's Billboard Music Awards, following Bieber's win for Top New Artist. It was the singer's second trophy of the ceremony, and he'd later add three more. But all anyone is buzzing about today is the following smooch:

His last few albums flopped; I think his time is finally up.
