by Hilton Hater at .On one (crazy) hand, Charlie Sheen has referred to his first edition of Sheen's Korner as "a shameful trainwreck filled with blind, cuddly puppies."
On the other (totally insane) hand, the actor has released a second version of his UStream show and says it's "already engraved into the pantheon of the movement." What movement, you ask? Seriously, don't ask.
In the 13-minute video below, Sheen is by himself, smoking and seemingly talking to an associate about the second episode of the Korner. It appears as if the man on the other line is unaware that this actually is the second episode, while Sheen assures him: There's one side to me and it's gnarly.

I have to say that my heart aches for this poor guy. He is spiraling down in a big way. He is terribly ill. What amazes me is the exploitation of the media and those who just want to make money off his illness. He needs help and soon. I don't get why his family or those "so called friends" don't step in, wrap him up in a straight jacket and get him into a hospital - 51 50 him before he hurts himself or someone else around him. I don't know if permanent damage from all the cocaine use has permanently damaged his brain - only time will tell. One thing is for certain. Once he becomes lucid again, he will live to regret every word he has uttered and more than likely wish that someone would have reached into this craziness and helped him. My heart goes out to you Charlie ...

As a woman whohas experienced the effects of mental disorders , I seriously feel my heart being torn out for Charlie Sheen. People are just taking advantage of him whether he thinks he is in control or not. He is being exploited and not the other way around as many say he is doing this to himself. Unless you know and understand mental illness...you will never truly getCharlie SHeen. I wish for this to all go away for him, but the truth is it wont until he seeks help and who knows whebn he will have a lucid enough break to figure out that he needs help? Surely his friends wont help him. They are getting off on the exposure and attention...all just sitting around his mansion soaking op the good life. One that Charlie provides to them. These women and men are seriously nothing but poor pathetic losers. A true friend will help and do what ever they can to try to save their friends.=, not leech off of them for as long as they can. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
