It's an old story, but it's still a very hot one.
As Twilight Saga fans know, Taylor Lautner was not guaranteed a role in New Moon. In order to remain as Jacob Black, he had to pack on 30 pounds of muscle in just a few months.
He shared the ways he accomplished this attractive feat in the latest issue of Italian Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue. Loosely translated from the article, Lautner said:
"I realized that if I [wanted to continue in the] cast, I had to change my diet, build, and beef up. I had five days per week of weights... my trainer give me Michael Phelps’ diet [where] you have to eat every two hours."
The results will be on full display in New Moon, but the magazine published a couple alluring shots of the bulked-up actor, both shown below:
In the same article, Taylor dishes on a few of his favorite things. They include: U2, Jessica Alba, the Jason Bourne triology, and T-bone steaks.
We bet many readers wish they could eat Lautner up. Especially after viewing the SHIRTLESS photos of the star that follow this article's jump.
For New Moon, Taylor Lautner clearly raided the abdominal muscle store. Biceps were evidently also on sale.

I now that some ppl feel bad he had to change himself but he is leaner and thats helthier so its a good thing
