The Hannah Montana actor, who was linked romantically to that show's star until she moved on to her next boy toy, was spotted recently "drunk as a skunk," according to a Star magazine source.
"It was weird to see him stick his tongue down some girl's throat. He was totally out of it and didn't mind that the whole room was staring at him," said a witness.
Is this inappropriate behavior for a 19-year old? Some would say. Others, however, would just be jealous they weren't the ones fondling a shirtless Cody.

Seriously? Vanessa is 21, but she can't get away with anything! He definitely needs a wake up call, because I most certainly will skip the next Jake Ryan episode of Hannah if Disney acts like this never happened, because that's their routine for all their MALE STARS!

First of all, first comment girl, jamie lynn is not disney. second to everyone else hes 19. hes not a kid. plus hes a guy. they just get crazy and drunk. He hasnt even come out in anything on disney anymore.

OMFG......Big effing deal. Unless you were the biggest loser when you were 19, you probably partied. Just because he appears on the Disney Channel he has to be a freaking priest? Loosen up, my gosh. Unless little kids are browsing around on all the gossip blogs, I highly doubt they will run into this. Unless someone tells them about it. Last time I checked, people make THEIR OWN choices. I think its so damn annoying that just because these kids are associated with the Disney Channel they are expected to be fucking saints. It's called a life, all the up-tight people should think about getting one. It's lazy parenting to blame things like this for kids acting out. It really is. If a kid is seriously copying the kids he/she sees on the disney channel, they need a lesson in originality.
