You can't spell prima donna without Madonna, a bit ironic given that Alex Rodriguez - long considered a me-first baseball player - may actually be demonstrating true signs of displaying and selflessness with his recent actions.

Here's the question: Is the rumored affair between Alex Rodriguez and Madonna about sex, or lighting a fire under the mediocre, third-place New York Yankees?

Consider the fact that the last three high-profile athletes to have supposedly boinked Madonna went on to win their sport's title that year:
