Many believe people Amanda Overmyer's hairstyle is a crime.
But it's nothing compared to the actual crime committed by this American Idol semifinalist: celebrity gossip site TMZ is reporting that Overmyer was arrested for DUI in October 2006.
That's just dangerous and irresponsible. Here's Amanda's mug shot:

Do we NOT have anything else to do but drum up any kind of smut we can find on someone who is trying to do something with their lives? How's your life been? Any skeletons hiding? Maybe there's a tinge of jealousy here, huh? Or maybe you're related to someone on the show that's contending against Amanda. Grow Up!

Other contestants on Idol have been disqualified for being arrested and she isn't any different, rules should apply to all, it's only fair.
