Many believe people Amanda Overmyer's hairstyle is a crime.

But it's nothing compared to the actual crime committed by this American Idol semifinalist: celebrity gossip site TMZ is reporting that Overmyer was arrested for DUI in October 2006.

    Other contestants on Idol have been disqualified for being arrested and she isn't any different, rules should apply to all, it's only fair. by fall out March 5th, 2008 at 12:05 pm ======== actually, its only a rule violation if you dont disclose it.

    so what. she's a lot different now then 2 years ago. and all you want to do is to smug horrible stuff against her. your website should be shut down since all you want to do is make people have horrible lives.
