Rihanna is the latest star to get waxed and have her likeness included in the renowned collection at Madame Tussauds. Her wax figure was unveiled this morning at the Washington D.C. location and looks nearly identical to the singer.
The statue is rocking RiRi style in a black corset, skinny fit pants, and silk heels. Rihanna is reportedly thrilled with her look-alike.
The museum played up the singers Umbrella fame by giving away free umbrellas to the first 50 people to enter the exhibit. The box office offered a buy one, get one free admission to those who mentioned the word ‘umbrella’ at the ticket counter.
The Barbados singer likes her wax twin so much that she posed while kissing it and made the shot her Twitter profile picture. She signed off on her counterpart prior to the opening of the exhibit because she is currently in Hawaii and couldn’t be on hand for the reveal with her fans.
So what is she doing in Hawaii? She ‘tweeted’ a shout-out and ‘teaser’ explanation to her favorite radio guy Ryan Seacrest, and included a photo of herself with a picturesque tropical background to illustrate her current bliss.
